Encrypted Data Recovery
I have windows XP powered desktop computer at my office. It has 250GB SATA hard drive. I use this computer for storing all of my business related data and information, so it is much important to keep it safe from unauthorized access and also to prevent data loss.
One day, in order to completely make it safe from unauthorized access, I encrypted the logical volume D of my hard drive, using the function of windows itself, in which I have stored all critical data and information. After encryption, it was working well without any problem.
After some days, I found that any software utility automatically creating folders in my “F” drive and also found that some already existed files are creating problem while opening. I can’t access the data stored on the D drive, though I can see the file list here. I was the most critical situation of my life as I lost all the business related information stored in encrypted form on my computer.
